For those of you just joining, last week was the kick off of completing 2 miles! Its not too late to start by all means.
Again, this plan has you only gaining a .5 mile weekly, or 1 mile every other week starting at 2 miles. Last week I ran probably 3 times (Mon-Sun). I need to motivate to do other activities in between! I did a 6 mile hike Sunday!
I think our plan is to slowly build up by half mile increments to 6 miles and likely start alternating long mile weeks, which is one of our suggestions on the plan.
This current week, get at least one 2.5 mile run in before Sunday!! I already got 1 hike and 1 run in this week!
