Officially completed week 6 this morning.
My running partner and I couldn’t get our schedule together (sometimes you just have work and family obligations…right?) just kept each other accountable. She got her 4.5 in yesterday, and mine was this morning. .
She did some speed intervals in her short run this week with other weight lifting days. I did 2 3m runs and a quick burst uphill hike to get some strength training in my Glutes and quads. I could feel that yesterday.
Anyhow training is going well so far. Time to buckle into more strength training!
